If you are buying and selling coins is great, especially if you are a collector yourself. It is interesting and it can also be quite lucrative if you are stocking the right items. Of course, just like anything else, being a coin trader isn’t all a bed of roses. Depending on where you choose to sell, you may well have selling fees for instance. The chances are, you will also encounter a good few numpties and con-men on your retail adventures too. Plus….. there will be the inevitable and dreaded postage costs.
Stamps really are a ludicrous price. I mean, sending a basic letter now is only a few pence short of a pound! It wouldn’t be quite so bad….. but the service provided by Royal Mail never seems to improve. In fact, a lot of people out there would probably say it was getting worse if anything!
Okay. Bitching session over and on to the actual point of this post!
It is possible to find people who sell postage stamps for less than you pay in the post office – up to 25% less in fact. And it just so happens that Ian has put a link to such a stamp outlet at the bottom of thegreatbritishcoinhunt.co.uk home page. Handy!

It is also worth mentioning that DPS only ever sell genuine stamps. They are not copies, peeled, washed or unfranked. These are all real-deal items, exactly the same as you would get from any post office.
So, if you do sell coins (or anything else for that matter), DPS is well worth a look. You may only be saving pennies on each stamp, but these soon add up to a whole lot of money. And this in turn will mean you have more profit 😉
